Our Mission Valley and University City Centers
are located within minutes of major hotels
and restaurants. With easy freeway access and
ample free parking, these sites are perfect for
the busy people attending your meeting.
Compare Our Prices
While hotels and private facilities offer many
advantages as meeting venues, sometimes an
educational location is the superior choice.
Many meeting planners opt for an educational
space for the learning atmosphere, as
a change of pace or for budgetary reasons.
Hotel food choices can be limiting, but it’s
easy to have your meeting catered by one of
the various restaurants located near each of
our educational centers. Simply let us know
what your catering needs are, and we can
help point you in the right direction.
Comfortable, Well-equipped
Meeting Space
Our Centers are bright and outfitted with
comfortable chairs and tables. Whether your
group is small or medium sized, we offer
room to accommodate groups up to
approximately100 people. Need presentation
aids? All rooms are equipped with white boards,
screens and state-of-the-art audio/visual
equipment for demonstration purposes. Audio/
visual equipment is available upon request
at no additional charge. All rooms have wireless
internet connection to bring the vast resources of
the internet right to your meeting.

University City Center

All classrooms are carpeted and are equipped with
whiteboard, screen and wireless connection.
Audio/visual equipment is available upon request
at no additional charge.
Rates
Classroom Rates
$225 1-4 hours
$400 4-8 hours
$60 per hour for each subsequent hour
Rates are per day.
Computer Lab Rates
$75 per hour, 3 hour minimum.
Lab support is required for the computer labs.
Lab Support Rates—$25 per student, per day,
8 student minimum.
Lab rates include the service of the Instructional Computing
Staff Services including limited installation of software and support for your class. The price does not
include the cost of new software. Allow two-week lead time for installation of software. For further assistance

Cancellations
You must cancel your reservation at least 72 hours or more in advance or there may be a charge equal to
the first day’s rent.

All requests are subject to the approval of the Facilities
Planning Committee. Once the request is approved,
the room wil be reserved for your event and a Facility
Usage Agreement will be sent for your approval.
