Once accepted to City University, each degree may take 2 or more years to complete. Can I start my program at any time? The University will accept applications and announce admissions decisions continually throughout the year for most programs. Is there a placement test? City U is an open-enrollment institution, no placement tests are required. Do I have to own a computer to do distance learning? Students do not have to own a computer to complete standard distance learning courses However, students must have access to a computer.
