TUITION:
Tuition payments may be paid by the year or by the month. The monthly payments are due and payable on the first of the
month from September thru June. Arlington Baptist Church (active/tithing) members receive a 20% discount per family.
REGISTRATION
A fee of $100.00 per child is due upon acceptance of any new or returning students.
This fee secures a spot for your child in our school for the upcoming school year.
CURRICULUM FEE:
A fee of $50.00 will be charged on the following months: August, October, December, and
February to cover all curriculum and literature books.
However, if a student fails a book (PACE), destroys a book due to negligence, or loses a book,
the book will be replaced, and the parent will be billed $5.00 on their next invoice.
YEARBOOK FEE:
Each student is required to purchase a yearbook, and a $40.00 fee will be due on April 1.
GRADUATION FEE:
A fee of $50.00 for Kindergarten graduates and $100.00 for High School graduates will be due May 1.
EXTENDED CARE:
Extended Care hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 8:15 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The cost of this service is $1.25 per 15 minute period ($5.00 per hour) per child.
Your Extended Care charges will be included with your monthly statement from the school.
UNIFORMS:
Both boys and girls uniforms must be purchased through the Dennis Uniform Company in San Leandro or online at
dennisuniform.com. A price list is available from the school office.
LUNCHES:
Snack Shop items are available for the students to purchase. A complete list of items and their respective prices will be sent
home on the opening day of school.
POLICIES REGARDING PAYMENTS:
All payments are to be made by cash, check, money order or credit card (via PayPal plus a 3% service charge/transaction.)
Tuition payments should be mailed to Arlington Christian School, 6382 Arlington Blvd., Richmond, CA 94805, or brought
by the school office.
A $20.00 fee will be charged when a check is returned for non-sufficient funds, and from that time forward Arlington
Christian School will receive only money orders or cash for your school bill.
A $20.00 late fee will be accessed on each unpaid invoice after the 15th of each month. Your school account must be paid
in full by the last day of school. Students, whose accounts are not paid in full, will not receive their final report card, or
participate in the Graduation and Award ceremony.
If a child’s school bill is overdue by one month, the child or children will be temporarily financially withdrawn from
school on the 1st of the following month till the bill is paid. Any accounts past due 45 days or more will need to reenroll and repay all entrance fees.
