Find this worksheet at: http://www.apu.edu/gpc/sfs/forms/giw1516/ Upon completing your Online Information Worksheet, the data you provide will be used by Graduate SFS to compile a financial aid offer for you. This process may take up to 6-8 weeks. After we have compiled an accurate aid offer, we will then send you a “Graduate Financial Aid Offer” in the mail. This letter will indicate your financial aid award and any will list any additional financial aid items you still need to complete on your “To-Do List”. Your offer letter will arrive in the mail with a list of items you need to complete. These items must be completed for you to receive financial aid. Please follow the instructions provided on the back side of your offer letter to complete these items. To access your student center, go to home.apu.edu.
