Step 1: Identifu all parts. Lay the pieces on
a soft surface so it does not get scratched.
Hint: If needed gently tap the parts with a
rubber mallet until the pieces are flush. Do
not tighten screws until the bench is fully

Step 2: Attach the legs at one end of the seat with two bolts as shown. Match the letters or
numbers to ensure proper position. Attach the stretcher to'the same end with one bolt. Hint: be
careful not to let the other end of the stretcher fall and break. It may be helpful to have someone
support the other end. This is most critical on longer benches.
Step 3: Attach the other side of the bench
legs to the seat and stretcher and secure
with three bolts.
Step 4: Tighten all nuts and screws
securely.
