If you missed our tree lighting ceremony and the
program to honor Tom "Mel" Stanton as our
Grafton Outstanding Citizen of 2014 and Mel's Pig
Roast as our Outstanding Community Group, you
missed hearing a fabulous message given by Mel
and one of his board members, Ross Rintelman.
Their message was powerful, uplifting, and gave us
all the encouragement to continue to make Grafton
a community that cares about making a difference

The GraŌon Historical Commission is presently trying to consolidate and archive
recorded tapes, CD's, or DVD's etc, of senior residents reminiscing about their
early experiences in the Village. Anyone having any informa on of this type and
wishing it to be included in the archives, should be assured that we will handle
the recordings and photographs carefully as we scan or re-record them in digital
form before returning them to their owners. Our intent is to digi ze and archive
all available historical records. This is a totally voluntary task, having no funding
from Village taxes, and so we are looking for a local resident who might be willing to donate me,
exper se, and video recording equipment to serve on this sub-commi ee. Anyone interested in
