You choose what you want to do. Your doctor will help you make a plan of action. This plan can include parts or all of the following: This program helps you prepare for bariatric surgery. The six-week program includes: • Diet changes • Exercise • Behavior changes • Mental health • Meetings with experts in above areas Tell your doctor what interests you most.
