Rules
1. The Beach Ball Kiosk Game will take place on Fridays and
Saturdays between June 1-30, 2012.
2. Participants must be B Connected Club members.
B Connected membership is free and available at the
B Connected Club booth.
3. Players earning 25 points between 3 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. on
game days will have an opportunity to play the Kiosk game
on one of the Suncoast’s kiosks.
4. The Promotion is open to all participants at least 21 years
of age with a valid government issued photo I.D.
5. Players may play one (1) game per day. The player will
keep the points.
6. The game may be played on the kiosk between 8 a.m. and
11:59 p.m. on designated game days.
7. Prizes in the amount of $1.00-$25.00 will be awarded
directly to the winner’s B Connected accounts in
equivalent point amounts. Those prize points may be
redeemed for cash. For cash prizes, the winners will be
issued tickets from the kiosk and the tickets must be
redeemed at the Cashier’s Cage.
8. Certain prizes will be redeemed at the B Connected booth:
1,000,000 Bonus Points and Slot Dollars.
9. Suncoast Wild Card coupons may be redeemed at the
appropriate outlet.
10. No substitution or transfer of prizes by winners permitted.
11. Management reserves all rights.
12. Winners are responsible for any and all taxes and
other fees.
13. Winners with cumulative winnings over $600 will receive a
1099 tax form.
14. Boyd Gaming Corporation may disqualify any person
for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of
promotional rules or other misconduct whether or not
related to this Promotion.

15. Boyd Gaming Corporation is not responsible for (a)
electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in
an inability to participate or other loss, (b) theft or
destruction of or unauthorized access to or alterations
of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software,
or telephone failures of any kind, (c) lost or unavailable
connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed
computer transmissions, whether caused by Boyd Gaming
Corporation, users, or by any of the equipment
or programming associated with or utilized in the
Promotion or by any technical or human error which may
occur in the processing of submissions which may limit,
restrict, or prevent a participant’s ability to participate in
the Promotion.
16. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running
as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs,
tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical
failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control
of Boyd Gaming Corporation which corrupt or affect
the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper
conduct of this Promotion, Boyd Gaming Corporation
will suspend the promotion and consult with the Nevada
Gaming Control Board to modify the distribution of
the funds.
17. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or
manipulate any program or equipment to undermine the
legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation
of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be
made, Boyd Gaming Corporation reserves the right to seek
recourse against any such person to the fullest extent of
the law.
18. Any dispute or situation not covered by these rules shall
be resolved by Boyd Gaming management in a manner
that is fair to all parties. If the patron is not satisfied with
management’s decision, he or she may exercise their rights
under NRS 463.361 et eq. and request the Nevada Gaming
Control Board to review the matter.
19. All participants agree to grant Boyd Gaming Corporation
unconditional use of their name and likeness for
promotional use without compensation, consideration,
notice, review or consent.
20. Employees of Boyd Gaming and immediate family
members are not eligible for this Promotion. Employees of
Micros Gaming Technologies Inc. and Boyd Gaming whose
job functions restricts them from gaming at any Boyd
Gaming property and its subsidiaries, affiliates, or parent
companies are not eligible for this promotion. Immediate
Family is defined as: mother, father, spouse, children,
sister, brother son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law,
father-in-law, step-parents, step-children, grandmother,
grandfather, grandchildren and any relative or other person
residing in the employee’s place of residence.
