• A total of 72 deals worth approximately $4.4 billion were announced in September 2010
• Digital Advertising was the most active segment with 17 transactions for nearly $440 million
• Marketing Technology was the highest value segment with 15 deals worth approximately $1.9 billion
• Strategic buyers were the most active and announced 46 deals for approximately $3.2 billion (72% of total)
• VC/Growth Capital investors announced 23 deals for approximately $408 million
