DECISION OF THE AUTHORITY IN THE MATTER OF FUEL PRICE ADJUSTMENT
FOR HALMORE POWER GENERATION COMPANY LIMITED
Pursuant to the Authority's decisions, dated 26th December, 2007 in the matter of
motion for leave for review, 8th January, 2014 in the matter of tariff adjustment at COD
and 6th November, 2014 in the matter of motion for leave for review in the case of
Halmore Power Generation Company Limited (hereinafter "HPGCL"), the fuel portion of
energy charge part of tariff of HPGCL has been adjusted for variation in HSD price. The
revised energy charge part of HPGCL's tariff relating to fuel indicated hereunder shall be
immediately applicable on a units delivered basis:
