Grand Canyon University (GCU) is a private, Christian university in Phoenix, AZ, founded on and
committed to academic advancement, Christian camaraderie, extracurricular excellence and
wellness and well-being.
The university has recently undergone extensive growth and resultant expansion. Interior Solutions was
brought in to outfit the campus library, which included a package of recommending, quoting
designing, purchasing and installing furniture and accessories.
LIBRARY PROJECT BRIEF
Provide all movable seating, tables and shelving for fourth floor furnishings. Provide non-mobile
furniture in larger runs, and with height-adjustability (tables), for third floor furnishings. Incorporate
GCU culture in furniture and design. Develop a current design with timeless elements.
