The new air source pack price list is designed for the professional
installer and developer. The pre-selected packs are designed to be
installed in new builds or retro fitted existing installations. The packs
make it easier to select the correct products for the correct application. The range of packs mean the prices are more attractive as all the
components are included.
With the new NIBE F2040 range we can provide solutions for all
types of domestic dwellings. NIBE offers a broad selection of accessories and complete indoor modules. These have been developed
with our air source heat pumps to optimize their efficiency and give
you the highest possible savings.

Air source heat pumps use outside air that is heated by the sun,
meaning that there are no requirements for bore holes or coils in the
ground, thus reducing installation time and costs. Air source heat
pumps are suitable for new builds or existing dwellings where digging
up the garden is not an option.
The new NIBE F2040 air source heat pumps have been specifically
developed for the UK climate, working down to -20oC outdoor
temperature. This means our heat pump even works efficiently
between 0oC and 7oC, which are average UK winter temperatures.
All NIBE air source heat pumps are manufactured in Sweden and
are designed for harsh Nordic conditions making them ideal for the
mild UK climate. In comparison to other heat pumps, our units use
a two step control that achieves a much greater economy even at
low outdoor temperatures.
The air source heat pumps work by converting the energy of the
outside air into heat, creating a comfortable temperature inside the
home and supplying energy for the hot water. The efficiency for an air
source heat pump is measured by coefficient of performance (COP).
An air source heat pump can convert 1kW of electricity into 4kW of
usable heat giving a COP of 4. This means that you get 3kW of free
energy from the surrounding air.
Our air source heat pumps should cover the heating and hot water
requirements all year round. Alternatively, an air source heat pump
with an output smaller than the heat demand can be docked with
new or existing heating systems incorporating an alternative heat
source. The heat pump provides efficient heating for most of the
heating season with supplementary energy from the alternative heat
source, only being required in extreme winter periods.
The NIBE F2040 together with the VVM 320 creates a complete heating and hot water solution, ideal
for new build homes taking up limited space and plug and play installation. The VVM 320 offers a
host of features such as; intelligent user friendly new generation controller featuring NIBE Uplink, 180
litre stainless steel hot water cylinder, buffer vessel and low energy speed controlled circulation pumps.
