 Moble Physical Inventory Mobile Physical Inventory allows an end user to record physical inventory count of items to CounterPoint SQL in real-­‐time. This is done without any unloading or purchasing of expensive devices. Counting is done in a browser on any mobile device and recorded to CP-­‐SQL without uploading from the device to CounterPoint. All item scans are also validated in real-­‐time prior to recording. Counting is done by stocking unit or by alternative units. Gridded items can be counted by up to three options. All entries are written to CP-­‐SQL as if they were entered on a computer terminal and multiple counts can be going on simultaneously without issue. Mobile Purchase Order Receiving Remote purchase order receiving is an add-­‐on to the CP-­‐SQL purchasing module. It allows the ability to fully or partially receive pre-­‐exiting purchase orders into inventory in real-­‐time. The orders are selected by customer or by order number and costs can be edited and shipping costs entered. The software can be configured to receive total line item cost with the cost per unit calculated, or by unit cost. unit This application increases productivity in a remote or local warehouse where installing a computer terminal my be difficult or cost prohibitive. Wireless access or Internet access may be used to access CP-­‐SQL. Programs are installed on the customer’s servers. External access requires PCI compliance or VPN installation. Mobile Quick Receiving and Mobile Quick Transfers Mobile Quick Receiving and Mobile Quick Transfers are an add-­‐on to the CP-­‐SQL Inventory Module. They give the customer the ability to make entries directly to the Quick Receiving or Transfers transaction files through the use of a web browser on any mobile device such as iPhone, iTouch, iPad, Samsung, or Android device. Barcode scanning can be by Bluetooth scanner or a Linea Pro 5 device. Entries are made as unposted and can be edited by the customer in Counterpoint SQL prior to posting. This application can be used in cases of quick inventory turnover, where inventory receiving needs to be done without a purchase order. This allows for inventory history to be updated and an effective and efficient way to get inventory deliveries or transfer between locations into CP-­‐SQL Inventory quickly and accurately. “Line Busting” for CounterPoint “Line Busting” is the ability to handle long lines by quickly entering a sale into the CP-­‐SQL as a “hold sale” and allowing the cashier to quickly invoice the sale and receive payment. The items can be scanned using a recommended Bluetooth scanner and written to CP-­‐SQL in real-­‐time referencing a hold-­‐sale order number. The system allows for entry of gridded items, inventory or non-­‐inventory items. The user can login by customer with pricing rules governing the prices charged. It can be optionally interfaced with a fixed or mobile printer to print the hold ticket receipt. Mobile Order Delivery Mobile Order Delivery allows a driver or delivery person to access pre-­‐entered sales orders, modify the order, if necessary, and receive payment for the delivery. All sales orders must be pre-­‐entered into CP-­‐SQL and this application allows secure remote access to those orders while in the field. Item quantities may be modified prior to the final payment and will be updated to CP-­‐SQL in real-­‐time. Credit cards, checks, cash, or accounts receivable can be configured to be received by the delivery person at the time of delivery of product and a receipt can be printed or emailed to the customer. Authorized Signatures are made electronically and saved in CounterPoint SQL. This application increases productivity whereas all order entry is done at the time of delivery requiring only invoicing in the office to close the orders. Remote Kiosk Ticket Entry Remote Kiosk Ticket Entry is configured to allow unattended touch screen entry of sales for products / other items. It is driven by touching icons on the screen and using a one-­‐touch approach to check-­‐out using credit card or accounts receivable pay codes. Kiosk entry screens can be configured using a limited product method where each item is represented by an icon on the touch screen monitor or by the menu method where the end user can touch menus to display the desired items.
