The redesign was completed amidst a rebranding effort and a strategic shift in product-­‐line focus. Staples Advantage & Staples.com Personas ($500k+, 8-­‐weeks and 10-­‐weeks respectively) Personas are characters that represent the customer and are useful in guiding any decision impacting customer-­‐facing initiatives. Following delivery of Staples Advantage and Staples personas, the team productized the Persona proposal and delivery approach for Sapient teams to leverage for subsequent client prospects. Philips Lifeline Website Redesign ($280k+, 9-­‐weeks) Philips Lifeline is currently the largest player in the medical alert service industry, with nearly 40% of the market. The Lifeline website currently does not have eCommerce capabilities; therefore, sales and services are mostly non-­‐digital. SapientNitro is providing services to deliver an eCommerce mobile and desktop experience that supports the positioning of Philips Home Monitoring products as the clear leader and obvious choice for caregivers. Philips Healthcare Spectral CT Website Redesign ($140k, 11-­‐weeks) Philips Healthcare is looking to re-­‐enter the super-­‐premium CT-­‐scan (computed tomography) market segment with the roll out of a new product at a global scale, targeting the early-­‐adopters in radiology. SapientNitro created a highly interactive website that better positions this product in the market, highlighting key project information and influencing the purchase decision. John Hancock Investments Digital Experience Redesign Phase I ($365k, 11-­‐weeks) John Hancock Investments partnered with SapientNitro to redefine the future of how customers digitally engage with the brand. The first phase included an 11-­‐week direction-­‐setting activity that defined the vision and roadmap for digital engagement over the next 90 days, 1 year and 3 years. Citizens Bank Content Management System Migration ($600k+, 8 months) Citizens Bank engaged Sapient in a 6-­‐month process to upgrade their antiquated CMS and migrate all existing data. This project enabled a better user experience, reduced time-­‐to-­‐market for new content by 50% and reduced total cost of ownership by 40%. CitizensBank.com Redesign and Implementation ($500k+, 10-­‐months) To coincide with the launch of new mass market products and a rebranding initiative, Citizens Bank engaged Sapient to design and launch a next-­‐generation retail website. The project included discovery/definition, design, implementation and post-­‐launch usability testing phases. The final designs were used as a model across other business line verticals, including Commercial Banking. Boston Consulting Group Client Portal Design ($80k+) BCG offers a suite of online applications to their clients to compliment their management consulting services. This project consolidated the suite of applications into a single sign-­‐on portal. Fidelity I nvestments | S HARES R edesign The SHARES application managed all shareholder stock at Fidelity Investments, a private financial services corporation. Managed a team of 20 technologists and analysts to redevelop the application from the ground up, while pioneering Fidelity’s Agile Methodology, on one of the most visible projects being conducted within the organization at the time. • Implemented governance models, tracking and reporting tools, staffing models, program/project budgets and plans. New York Independent System Operator | Price Validation Application Suite • NYISO controls the energy grid in New York state. • Led the business analysis and testing teams for a multi-­‐year software project, which enabled automation of price validation activities and surfaced information needed by NYISO to facilitate an equitable energy marketplace.
