Undergraduate Programs
Quality Leadership University is a private university founded in Panama in 1997 with the mission
to educate at the highest academic level more and better leaders and professionals who will
actively contribute to the development of the region. To this date, more than 1,600 panamanians
and professionals from around the world have culminated their Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees
in six different areas, studying completely in Panama. Today, more than 1,000 students are
enrolled in our Undergraduate and Graduate Programs, as well as our English for Success and
Continuing Education programs.
Quality Leadership University has collaborative agreements for graduate and undergraduate academic
programs with very prestigious universities: University of Louisville, Towson University, State University
of New York’s Empire State College, Florida International University, and Universidad de Chile.

Towson University (TU) is Maryland’s Metropolitan University, the largest University in the
Baltimore area, and the second largest in the State of Maryland. It offers undergraduate, graduate, and

health care, education, fine arts, and computer information systems. Towson is the foremost educator of
Maryland’s teachers today, as well as home to RESI, a leading center for applied economics, management

Towson University is the only University System of Maryland institution
with AACSB International accreditation (Association to Advance Collegiate
Schools of Business), in both its Business Administration and Accounting
programs. As the 2nd largest undergraduate business school in Maryland, with
over 2,600 undergraduate students, the College of Business and Economics
offers quality applied business education, firmly grounded in liberal arts,
with majors in accounting, business administration, e-Business (the only
such program in the University System of Maryland), economics, and
concentrations in finance, international business, management and marketing.
The Accounting Program has ranked 7th in the United States in overall
scores on the Certified Public Accounting Exam.

The students register to take courses at Quality Leadership University’s programs in Panama to complete
three years of education. Afterwards, during the fourth year of study, they transfer to FIU’s College of Business in
