WHAT TRIGGERED THE CONFLICT BETWEEN
RUSSIA AND JAPAN?

Tsar Nicholas II declared war on Japan they both were imperialist powers and also they
were fighting for Korea.

Japan was the first to strike an attack.

The conflict was that Japan attack and destroy the warship.
