We are currently seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to join the Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin'
Brands Marketing team!
The primary objectives of this position are to drive same-store-sales across Non-Traditional/APOD
(alternative points of distribution) Dunkin’ Donuts stores, to achieve company objectives via brand
marketing strategy analysis and development, and to support the Dunkin’ Development team priorities.
This work encompasses the functions of brand management, franchisee communication/relationship
management, market research, strategy/planning/financial analysis, and the skills of a creative influencer
and project manager.
This is a crucial position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work closely and effectively with
a cross-functional team.
The primary accountabilities for this position include:
This individual will work hand-in-hand with the Sr. Brand Manager in all aspects of Dunkin’ Donuts Brand
Marketing Strategy for APOD/Non-Traditional Stores. This includes:
· Development of strategic marketing and brand building campaigns and corresponding tactics across
Non-Traditional Dunkin’ Donut Stores (e.g. Airports, Gas/Convenience, College/University, Travel
Plaza, Grocery/Supercenters, etc.)
· Ongoing Management of Non-Traditional/APOD (alternative points of distribution Franchisee
Relationship
· Collaboration with/leadership of an internal cross-functional team to ensure on-time execution of
marketing programs across all Regions/Dunkin’ Product Lines and support of development priorities
· Thoughtful communication of key strategies/programs to ensure alignment internally and externally
across Operations, Field Marketing, Franchisees and other cross-functional team members
· Identification and prioritization of sales opportunities that create top-line growth/franchisee
profitability
· Due diligence analysis of historical sales data to identify areas of opportunity for increased
marketing focus/resources
· Ownership and management of Non-Traditional Marketing Budget
The qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to the following:




Four year Bachelor’s Degree required.
MBA a plus
5+ years of Brand Management, marketing, or consulting experience preferred.
Quick service restaurant (QSR) industry experience preferred
