COMPLETE INITIAL APPLICATION
• Submit your expression of interest.
• Meet with Development & Leasing Manager – an opportunity to find out
more detail and to establish if we are right for each other.
• Sign Confidentiality Agreement.

REVIEW COMPANY DISCLOSURE DOCUMENTATION

FINALISE SITE

SIGN FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
• Receive Disclosure Document (must be in possession for 14 days).
• Chat with other Baskin-Robbins™ Franchise Partners as part of your
diligence process.
• Complete Business Application Form.
• Identify potential sites.
• Return Disclosure Document acknowledgement form and Business
Application form.
• Provide curriculum vitae and proof of assets with business plan.
• Proof of identity and citizenship to be supplied.
• Review and seek professional advice on your Disclosure Document.
• Return signed Disclosure Document with initial deposit, after14 days.
• Attend second interview with Baskin-Robbins™ management team.
• Agree on appropriate Baskin-Robbins™ site. Location approval
to be confirmed.
• Finalise lease documentation.
• Take receipt of Baskin-Robbins™ Franchise Agreement.
• Seek independent legal advice for the Franchise Agreement.
• Provide signed Franchise Agreements.
• Set training dates and opening dates.
• Parlour opening timetable set.

Which concept parlour suits me best?
Baskin-Robbins™ offers two parlour formats that suit most trading environments. Both
formats offer quality, variety and availability to consumers and have varying levels
of investment for those interested in joining the Baskin-Robbins™ family of Franchisees Partners.
KIOSKPARLOUR
A Baskin-Robbins™ kiosk parlour will
typically have a minimum of 20m2 and
up to a maximum of 30m2 of retail space.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
PARLOUR
A Baskin-Robbins™ neighbourhood parlour
will typically have a minimum of 50m2
and up to 80m2 of retail space.

KIOSKPARLOUR
Bringing the Baskin-Robbins™ experience to you!
A Baskin-Robbins™ kiosk parlour enables you to offer our guests the great taste of
Baskin-Robbins™ wherever they are. Unlike the neighbourhood parlour, which becomes the heart
of the community, a kiosk may be found in a shopping mall, cinema, airport, high street or
other location where space is more premium.
A Baskin-Robbins™ kiosk will typically have a minimum
of 20m2 and up to a maximum of 30m2 of retail space.
The kiosk parlour offers a wide range of limited-menu
products, similar to the neighbourhood parlour. Utilising
one ice cream freezer, instead of two, a kiosk parlour
offers up to 16 of the most popular Baskin-Robbins™
flavours. All of our ice creams are available to take
home along with our premium ice cream cakes.
Other product offerings including indulgent sundaes
and irresistible shakes made from any of the available
ice cream flavours.

NEIGHBOURHOOD PARLOUR
All over the world our guests enjoy the 31
experience offered in our neighbourhood parlours.
Offering a wide range of everyday ice cream treats, the neighbourhood parlour becomes the
heart of the community. A place for meeting friends, taking the family or just dropping by to see
what’s new. Many Franchise Partners live in the local community and they build a loyal customer
base through their support of community events and marketing activities for local people.
A Baskin-Robbins™ neighbourhood parlour will typically
have a minimum of 50m2 and up to a maximum of
80m2 of retail space. Often close to other fast food
restaurants and locations used by consumers into the
evening and at weekends.
The neighbourhood parlour offers a wide range of
Baskin-Robbins™ products. Offering 31 ice cream
flavours, one for every day of the month, keeps our
guests coming back. All of our ice creams are
available to take home along with our premium ice
cream cakes.
