UC Davis Human Resources HR BULLETIN INFORMATION FOR IMMEDIATE DISTRIBUTION AND POSTING From: ecotime® Time and Attendance System Date: February 25, 2015 Validate PeopleSoft Direct Reports Prior to March 1, 2015 The ecotime time and attendance system goes live for staff employees beginning March 1, 2015. Supervisor/employee reporting relationships in ecotime are driven by the reporting relationships in PeopleSoft. It is vital that reporting relationships in PeopleSoft reflect the UC Policy and are correct to ensure managers and supervisors have access to the correct online timesheets for their direct reports in ecotime. Health System managers and supervisors have the responsibility to maintain correct linear reporting relationships for your employees through Manager Self Service in PeopleSoft. The ecotime rollout schedule is as follows: 1) 03/01/15 – Monthly Exempt Employees 2) 03/15/15 – Biweekly Exempt Employees 3) 04/12/15 – Hourly Employees Please review and make any necessary corrections to your direct reports in PeopleSoft prior to the March 1st go-live date.
