September 25, 2014 Keep Employee Work Locations and Reporting Relationships Current in PeopleSoft As a Health System manager and supervisor, you have the ability and responsibility to maintain physical work locations and reporting relationships for your employees through Manager Self Service in PeopleSoft. This type of information is used for many downstream processes and can cause delays and issues if it is incorrect. Incorrect reporting relationships will result in you receiving performance evaluations for employees who do not report to you and IT service requests will go to an incorrect supervisor for approval and be delayed, just to name a few. Incorrect work locations will most importantly cause issues for Flu and TB tracking as work location is vital in determining which employees are considered in compliance.
