Aramark Higher Education—
Our Culinary Story
Our approach to food is
rooted in fresh, seasonal
ingredients with as much
preparation completed in
front of the customer as
possible…
Aramark Higher Education has always been at the forefront
of culinary innovation for college dining services. In our
kitchens, FRESH RULES! Our executive chefs know that the
best-tasting food begins with fresh, seasonal ingredients
prepared simply. As the first company to offer different
ethnic, cooked-to-order food stations as well as “fresh for
you” exhibition-style cooking on campus, we set a high
standard for culinary excellence because we know students
demand more from dining, and so do we.
Our approach to food is rooted in fresh, seasonal
ingredients with as much preparation completed in front
of the customer as possible to create the ultimate dining
experience that engages students and creates loyalty.
Menu planning, food presentation, and a top-notch service
philosophy combine to elevate Georgia colleges’ dining
programs from ordinary to outstanding, bringing true
dining pleasure to Georgia students.

The Aramark Brand Story
An Aramark day begins the same way,
every day, all over the world. It’s a quest
for excellence that involves two elements:
people with a strong sense of pride in their
work and an organization dedicated to
getting it right. This quest, while simple
in intent, is complex in execution. It’s as
simple as caring for the needs of our
customer—making sure that the moment of
truth is a moment to remember. Complex,
because we do it a million times a day all
over the world, and to get it right we have
to understand the emerging trends of a
generation as well as the preferences of a
single customer. We need to find creative
solutions to today’s unexpected challenges
and marry them with time-tested practice.
We need to find the perfect balance of
doing things incredibly well over and
over again, while at the same time being
responsive to the changing needs of
our clients and customers. At Aramark,
innovation is what we bring to the
everyday. Passion is at the heart of our
process, and pride is what defines our
people. That’s the story of our brand—
which is the story of Aramark.
