PAWS ACCOUNT AND ONLINE ANNUAL ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS This year’s annual enrollment will take place electronically. Employees who currently have health insurance will not need to do anything unless they wish to change to a new health plan. However, all employees are encouraged to check their PAWS accounts to make sure that the current information is correct. Employees who have a PAWS account will be able to change their health plan election by going online to their PAWS account, selecting “Employee Resources”, then choosing “Ins Open Enroll.” The employee will make their election by clicking next to the name of the plan to be selected for the 2007/2008 plan year and pressing “submit.” The election can be made anytime between April 1, 2007 and April 30, 2007. In the event the employee makes an election and changes their mind, the system will allow the employee to make a new election as long as it is submitted during the month of April.
