Check the latest participating merchants, add money via
credit card, check your balance, or view your transaction
history at any time. Please note: funds cannot be billed to
your student account and a minimum of $10 is required to
add funds with a credit card.
Add Funds in Person
In person, you can add any amount to your Wolfie Wallet
account using a credit card, cash or check. To pay by
check, make it payable to: Faculty Student Association.
You can also send it by mail to: Stony Brook Union, Suite
250, Stony Brook, NY 11794-3209. Reference Wolfie Wallet
and your student ID number.
Add Funds using Cash-To-Account Machines
Cash-To-Account machines are an easy way to add money
to your Wolfie Wallet account and are conveniently located
throughout campus.
Refund Policy
If your balance is $20 or more and you are withdrawing or
graduating from Stony Brook University, you may request
a refund in writing or come to the FSA Student Services
Office, Suite 250 of the Stony Brook Union. After two years
of inactivity any value left on the account will be forfeited.
Wolfie Wallet funds are non-transferrable.

What is Wolfie Wallet?
When you arrive on campus one of the most important
items you’ll receive is your campus ID card. Wolfie Wallet
is a campus administered prepaid taxable declining balance
debit account encoded on your campus ID. It is a safe and
convenient way for students, faculty and staff to make
food purchases from off campus merchants, wash and dry
your laundry, make purchases from vending machines,
mail packages in the residential mailroom, purchase
tickets through the USG ticket office, utilize print & copy
services and shop on campus at dining and retail
locations. Wolfie Wallet is not part of the meal plan or
Bookstore Campus Account.
If you have money left over in your Wolfie Wallet account
at the end of the semester, you won’t lose it! Wolfie Wallet
rolls over from semester to semester. The money will remain
in your account until you spend it, graduate or withdraw
from the University.

Printing
If you run out of your printing quota in SINC sites, it will
automatically deduct from your Wolfie Wallet account.
In addition to printing on west campus at the Melville Library
Main SINC site, Central Reading Room, North Reading Room,
SB Union 080 and Engineering 106, students can now use
their Wolfie Wallet account to print on east campus at the
Health Science Library Barry Coller lab, computer rooms and
information commons. For more information about printing,

The TLT Media Lab offers a poster printing service which
can be paid for using Wolfie Wallet.
