This web series revolves around Kennedy-- a half-demon determined to save the world from the coming Demon Invasion. Creator: Devin Rice wrote a spec script trilogy for “A Demon’s Destiny” when he was 15 and ever since it has been his dream to see his big-budget film franchise come to life. Last year, he decided to take matters into his own hands and write a prequel to the trilogy called “The Lone Warrior,” shoot it himself and produce it for the web. He graduated in 2007 with an MFA in Directing. He was awarded with an annual scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the Pat Hitchcock O’Connell Scholarship Award for his AFI project “1916.” Boris was one of only a few directors at AFI who was given the opportunity to direct two thesis films “Green” and “Spent.” Both films did very well in the festival circuit. Boris is currently directing a series of webisodes called “Ernie’s Girl’s.” He also just finished another short film called “Nordstern” and is in preproduction for the horror/comedy “The Devil In The Kitchen.” Phyllis Toben Bancroft is a filmmaker, has worked as an actress, director and producer for both stage and screen. Her short film “Spent,” which she co-wrote and produced, is one of six finalists in the BET Lens on Talent: A Filmmakers Challenge. “Spent” has also screened at over 20 festivals throughout the U.S.A., winning numerous awards. Phyllis has directed over 25 plays, many of which were original scripts that she work-shopped and developed. In 1995 Frank created and wrote his first comic book, which was distributed internationally, under the name of “Shadow Raven.” He moved into marketing where he became CFO and later President of two Independent marketing firms. Frank also designed “Shadow Raven: the Combat Card Game,” based on the comic series and wrote a Shadow Raven novel accompanied by a full-cast audio book. In addition, he has written half a dozen screenplays including a theatrical play that was performed for the Orlando Fringe Festival and was recently optioned by a local theatre company. Frank has authored two other novels, one of which is a Holocaust biography entitled “Escape from Berlin: The Diane Jacob’s Story.” The book has enjoyed great feedback and received coverage by CBS. Ella Turenne, another SistaPAC Productions co-founder, is an artist, activist and educator. Her work has been published in various anthologies and she’s performed in venues across the country. Only a few years later, she created Sophisticate’s Black Hair Magazine, which remains the number one selling hairstyle publication in the world. While promoting SBH, de Joseph made an appearance on “Live' With Regis and Kathy Lee”. The producer asked her to be a regular on the show and she went on to make over 300 television appearances on shows including Donahue, Montel Williams, AM Los Angeles and Hour Magazine. Switching gears, de Joseph entered and completed film school. Her first film, “It’s In The Bag” won several awards and aired on Showtime. The same year, de Joseph won a Cosby fellowship to study screenwriting at University of Southern California’s School of Cinema. Originally from Philadelphia, LaMont has been entertaining audiences for over ten years. After winning the 1996 Comic Relief Comedy Festival Funniest New Comic Award, he took his comedic writing talents to TV and he started writing for various sitcoms such as, BET’s “Nothin’ But a Women,” the WB’s “The Parent’Hood” and UPN’s “Moesha.” He won The Media Projects 2000 Shine Award for a “Moesha” episode he co-wrote for the sitcom formally starring singer Brandy. LaMont hopes to have his own show on the air in the near future. He sold the pilots, “Old School,” to the Fox Network and “The Trouble with Girls” to the UPN Network. After working as a writer/producer for UPN’s hit show “Girlfriends” Lamont has ventured into the motion picture arena. He recently landed a recurring role on the hit NBC show, “The Office.” Marc Alexander has been hilariously hilarious since emancipating himself from his mother’s womb on a rainy night in New Jersey during the spring of 1966. Growing up, in and around Philadelphia, Marc’s sense of humor, pop culture and informed writing style is greatly influenced by his voracious appetite for literature, music, and history. Since moving to Los Angeles in 1998, Marc has written 3 feature scripts; “The JBM,” “The 18th Hole,” and “Camp Suck-cess,” the first two being optioned and the third was in development at Latham Productions on the Paramount Studios lot. Marc served as secretary and president of the Organization of Black Screenwriters from 2001 – 2004 and finished third in the organization’s 2001 Short Script Competition for his story, “E-Male.” Marc worked as a punch-up writer on the pilot episode of UPN’s "Eve" show and most recently was producer/writer on the “Just Jokes Entertainment Comedy Tour”, DVD Volumes 1-3. Marc is also the creator/director of the Internet series, "You're Joking Right.” An accomplished poet whose work has been published in an anthology edited by Sonia Sanchez, Marc has also written over a dozen feature magazine articles.
