Please check the provided installations guide or go to www.siteshop.dk -> Product -> Technology to see the requirements for SIS. 2 Common settings First of all you must make sure that the IIS actually is installed. Go to Control Panel -> Administrative Tools If you see a shortcut for "Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager" the IIS seems to be installed. Install IIS If the IIS is not installed please go to: Control Panel -> Programs and Features (Add / Remove Programs) -> Turn Windows features on or off (Windows Features) Add the following features: • Internet Information Services • Web Management Tools • IIS 6 Management Compatibility (All) • IIS Management Console • World Wide Web Services (All) As seen on IIS 6 in Windows 7 3 ASP .NET Framework ASP .NET Framework 2.0 (32 bit version) must be installed and registered. 1) First of all make sure that the .NET Framework is added in Windows Features. If not, add it. Control Panel -> Programs and Features (Add / Remove Programs) -> Turn Windows features on or off (Windows Features) 2) Be sure to register the ASP .NET Framework 2.0 (32 bit version) like this: Start -> Run (Windows Button + R) -> Type CMD Change directory to “C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\” and run the following command in a standard DOS command prompt: aspnet_regiis /i Run an IISRESET (Start -> Run -> IISRESET (as administrator)) Web Service Extensions The IIS web service extensions must at least allow Active Server Pages and ASP.NET v2.0.50727 See section on specific version of IIS to learn how to enable the web service extensions. 4 IIS 6 on Windows Server 2003 (32bit) Go through the following sections to make sure the IIS has been set up correctly. Windows Features (Add/Remove Windows Components) Make sure all the relevant components have been added. Go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Click the Add/Remove Windows Components -> Double click "Application Server". Add the components as shown in the screenshot. Web Service Extensions Make sure the relevant extensions have been allowed. Go to Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Internet Information Service (IIS) Manager and allow the extensions as shown in the screenshot. 5 ASP .NET Framework 2.0 To be sure that the website is using ASP .NET Framework 2.0 please follow these instructions. Open the Internet Information Service (IIS) Manager Expand Web Sites -> Right Click the website you are working on -> Select Properties -> Select the ASP.NET Check that the ASP .NET Version drop down box says 2.0.50727 If you for some reason cannot select 2.0.50727 please follow the steps in the Common Settings section. Execute an IISRESET (Start -> Run -> IISRESET (as administrator)) after you have done any changes to the IIS. 6 IIS 7 on Windows Server 2008 (64bit) Go through the following sections to make sure the IIS has been set up correctly. IIS 7 is always installed on Windows Server 2008. Web Service Extensions Make sure the relevant extensions have been allowed.
