1. Saan ako makakakuha ng application forms?
Maaaring makakuha ng application forms mula sa opisina ng EBSO o sa
mga opisina ng Sergeant Majors ng malapit na military units sa inyong
lugar. Maaari din na mai-download ang application form sa website ng
EBSO (http://www.afpebso.org.ph/).

2. Ano ang programang puwedeng kong aplayan?
Ang programa na maaaring aplayan ay naka-base kung ang sundalo ay
KIA, Active o Discharged with CDD.
3. Ilang slots ang available sa bawat programa?
Ang mga bilang ng slots ay naka-depende sa programang aaplayan.
4. Ilan ang pwede mag-apply ng scholarship sa isang pamilya?
Kung ang sundalo ay KIA, lahat ng dependents ay automatik na may
scholarship. Para sa mga Died in line of duty, Discharged with CDD o
Active na sundalo, isang dependent kada pamilya ang maaring mabigyan
ng scholarship.
5. Ano ang ibig sabihin ng dependents?
Para sa kasal na sundalo, anak na may edad 22 pababa o asawa sakaling
walang anak. Para naman sa single na sundalo, kapatid na may edad 22
pababa.

6. Paano kung abutan ng retirement ang pag-aaral ng dependent?
Ang benepisyo ay magtutuloy-tuloy hanggang sa matapos ang programang
kinakabilangan ng isang dependent.
7. Gaano katagal ang proseso ng application?
Kadalasan ang application ay tumatagal ng humigit kumulang sa isang
buwan.
8. Susuportahan ba ang bata hanggang sa makatapos ito mag-aral?
Ang suporta ay nakadepende sa programang kinabibilangan. Kapag
natapos ang programang inaplayan at hindi pa tapos ang bata, maaaring
mag-aplay muli ito sa ibang programa.

A no ang AFPEBSO?
Ang SMSFI ay isa sa mga major donors ng AFPEBS. Nakikipag-ugnayan ang SMSFI
sa iba’t-ibang paaralan upang makapagbigay ng educational Benefit sa mga sundalo at
kanilang dependents. Ang sumusunod ay ang paaralang kapartner ng SMSFI gayundin ang
mga detalye para sa bawat programa.

Itinatag noong Agosto 1, 2000, ang AFPEBSO ay namamahala sa
pagtaguyod, organisasyon, at pamamahala ng mga benepisyong pang-edukasyon
para sa mga sundalo at kanilang mga dependents.

sa mga interesadong aplikante ng scholarship. Nakalahad dito ang detalye ng
bawat programa, kabilang ang mga benepisyong maaaring matanggap,
kuwalipikasyon ng aplikante, at mga dokumento na kinakailangan ipasa sa

3 Isumite agad ang kumpletong dokumento at iba pang requirements sa opisina ng
AFPEBSO sa pamamagitan ng personal na pagbisita, o mail bago o sa mismong araw
na itinakda.
Submit complete documents and other requirements to AFPEBSO through personal visit or
mail on or before the deadline set.
4 Ang mga aplikante na nakapagsumite ng KUMPLETONG dokumento at iba pang
requirements sa itinakdang araw ang tanging mabibigyan ng pagkakataong mapagaralan at maaprubahan ang aplikasyon ng scholarship.
Only applicants who have submitted COMPLETE documents and other requirements on or
before the deadline set will be given the chance to be screened and approved by the
AFPEBSO Scholarship Committee.
5 Ang mga aplikante ay tatawagan, padadalhan ng sulat o email message ng AFPEBSO
upang ipaalam ang estado ng kanilang aplikasyon.
Applicants will be notified by AFPEBSO regarding the status of their applications through
telephone, mail or email.
6 Ang mga aplikanteng naaprubahan ang aplikasyon ng scholarship ay bibigyan ng
Scholarship Certificate o papipirmahin sa Scholarship Agreement/Certificate of
Undertaking ng AFPEBSO. Para sa mga Co-Managed Programs, ang mga aplikanteng
naaprubahan ay bibigyan ng kopya ng Endorsement Letter na isusumite sa partner
na eskwelahan.

Approved applicants will be given a Scholarship Certificate or will be requested to sign a
Scholarship Agreement/Certificate of Undertaking with the AFPEBSO. For Co-managed
Programs, approved applicants will be given a copy of the Endorsement Letter to be
presented to the partner educational institution.
