Course requests Staging course request Overview You can request a 'sandpit' or 'test' course on our test server Staging. Courses on Staging can be used to experiment with and test Learn.UQ course site functionality. There is no student access to Staging. Note: You may already have a sandpit course on Staging, as they were setup for all UQ course coordinators in 2013. Visit https://staging-blackboard.elearning.uq.edu.au to check. Warning: Staging is upgraded to the next version of Blackboard before the upgrade to Learn.UQ. i.e. It may have new tools and features not currently available in Learn.UQ. Request a course To obtain a Staging sandpit course by emailing help@learn.uq.edu.au. Subject line: Staging sandpit course By default you will be set up a personal 'sandpit' course based on your UQ username and be enrolled as the course Instructor. You can also request a 'sandpit' course for testing an online professional development course you are developing. Access your course Visit https://staging-blackboard.elearning.uq.edu.au to access your sandpit course. You can also give other staff members access to your course as either 'Instructors' who have edit access or 'Students' who can only view the course content.
