o Speakers - classroom quality, not the ones you can only hear at your desk
o EyeCamD web cam OR document camera
o Interactive White Boards (SmartBoard, Intelliboard, Mimios)
o Administrative Rights – allows you to download items to computer

o Save everything to your U: drive (personal) or the S: drive (shared)
o When working from home, login to VPN first so you can access CISD programs
o Print to department printers
o If something is broken, fill out a “helpdesk” ticket in Eduphoria. We will see the ticket
and try to fix the problem ASAP. If we can’t fix it, we’ll send it in to the district tech
people.

o Stream music/radio unless it is used in a lesson
