Abstract
In the essay "The Unconcious", Freud assured there was not contradiction in the unconcious. The absence of the main principal
contradiction gives the main characteristic of the primary process, which becomes the consequence of the non existance "no" as a
part of the unconcious psiquic. Since Freud theories appeared, it is considered that the unconcious is based upon other matters
that are not the same as athe classic logic is in a parallel way, the logic investigations, since the second decade of the xx century,
have been taken to the logic alternatives. In the present article we are trying to analize the encounter between the unconcious and
the present logics due to the constitution of the subjectivity.
