10 Build Asia 2014 encompassing Property Asia & Stonefair Asia was inaugurated by Federal
Minister, Ministry of Industries & Production Honorable Ghulam Murtaza Khan Jatoi on
September 23, 2014. Chairman PASDEC Mr. Agha Shahid N. Khan, CEO PASDEC, Mr. Lutf-urRehman and President - Ecommerce Gateway, Dr. Khursheed Nizam were also present at the
multiple Ribbon cutting ceremony.
The Biggest Annual Housing & Construction Industry Show of the region “Build Asia” is an
exquisite blend of Public-Private Partnership. The Event has been a phenomenal success, which
has not only attracted sizeable investment in Pakistan but also been instrumental in portraying a
positive image of Pakistan in the international community. Build Asia boasts of attracting the largest
