About the Property
141+/- acres backing up to the Cherokee National Forest
Log lodge on the top of a mountain
Log chalet with hot tub under the stars across the creek at the foot of the mountain
The trees are not yet large enough to timber as it was timbered about 25 years ago.
The part of the property which backs onto the Cherokee National Forest has been surveyed by the
government.
One section of the property has been survyed into 20 acre lots
The driveway is a little over one-half mile and about 1000’ of the steep part has been paved
while the rest is gravel
One piece of the property has a separate entrance and the neighbors are interested in buying it. This has
been surveyed separately
About the Log Lodge
Built in 1997/98 by Stone Mountain Log Homes
It is D-log construction exterior
Metal roof
Interior walls are sheet rock
5 bedroom 5.5 bath log home atop the mountain
Each bedroom has a private jetted tub and 2 have steam showers
Three bedrooms have private balconies
Three bedrooms are king bedded rooms, one is a queen
The Garden Level suite has a king bedded room, jetted tub and J-Dream
steam/shower system. Also a living room, office area, small kitchen and
lots of storage, closets and a covered screened in porch
Each bedroom, the Great Room, the Kitchen and the Garden Level suite have individual heat/ac controls

Wide wrap around deck and covered porches to watch the fabulous sunrises and sunsets from the complete
privacy of the top of the mountain

breakfast.
