The part of the property which backs onto the Cherokee National Forest has been surveyed by the government. One section of the property has been survyed into 20 acre lots The driveway is a little over one-half mile and about 1000’ of the steep part has been paved while the rest is gravel One piece of the property has a separate entrance and the neighbors are interested in buying it.
