Abstract
To show the significance and necessity of organizations in a
community, Etzioni maintains that the contemporary community is
essentially an organizational one due to the fact that the contemporary
man lives in organizations from birth to death. However, considering
the importance and the role of structure on the effective performance
of organizations, it is necessary to determine what a suitable structure is.
There are many situational variables that affect the determination of
effective structure so much so that it is almost impossible to investigate
all of them simultanuosly. However, considering the great importance
of the situational variable of the personel in an organization, we have
decided to focus on this variable in this investigation.
In this article, after literature review, via survey research, both
the existing organizational structure and the preference of Islamic
Azad University of Nowshahr and Chaloos were analysed. The analysis
is based on Burns and Stalker's famous classification of organizational
structure, that is, Mechanical and Organic structure from the employees'
point of view. It is concluded that the existing organizational structure
of the university is a middle structure (that is, a state between
mechanical and organical structure) but the preferred organizational
structure of University is a mechanical one. In other words, there is a
discrepancy between the existing organizational structure and the
preference in Islamic Azad University of Nowshahr and Chaloos.

Abstract
In our competitive world, all organizations are trying to increase
their share and also endeavor to capture the market of production by
producing goods which address customer needs. The activities and the
benefit of such organizations depend on the customer. Therefore, it is
necessary that the customer requirments be determined and prioritized
in general, and the voice of the customer (VOC) be gathered.
Though he voice of the customer can be collected by several
instruments, the most important of such instruments include: comment
cards, surveys, focus groups, customer visit, interview, claimants,
basic need, etc. But the employment of any one of the above research
tools depends on the conditions and restrictions of the organization
involved. After gathering the requirments by the tools which are
specifically designed for VOC, the requirments must be categorized to
select the requirments that predominate.
At the stage of analysis and survey of the requirments mentioned,
tools of information analysis and such quality tools as Kaono model,
Pareto diagram, Affinity diagram, voice of customer table can be
used. Subsequently, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) technique
that is a multiple criteria decision making method can be used in
prioritizing customer requirments. But considering the purpose of this
research, the FUZZY AHP has been employed. Finally, customers'
requirments of C457 bus was identified and prioritized.
Key word:
