The priority of our company in the matter of Quality is to continuously improve customers satisfaction through
constant progress and mastery of the quality of our products and services, and this, at the lowest cost.
The Quality System Management is one of the primary tools for achieving this objective.
Procedures and instructions described in the Quality System Management specify the process used to achieve
this goal throughout the organization.
Management reviews, periodically conducted, can clarify and develop the quality policy, defining goals and
measuring their achievement, particularly in measuring customer satisfaction and costs of non quality.
The management agrees to supply products that are in full compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements
The management agrees to provide the organization with all necessary resources to efficiently lead the Quality
Policy and the achievement of established objectives.
