APPLICATION PROCESS
Application and application fee must be submitted by the application date. Supporting
documents, including official transcripts, goal statement, resume, and three letters of
recommendation must be submitted by the application deadline. For questions

► APPLICATION FORM
This form must be completed on-line at www.graduate.ucf.edu. Your application will
not be processed until the fee is submitted, so please be sure to pay your application
fee. This fee is required of all applicants, for each application submitted.
►OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS
If you are not a UCF graduate, official transcripts from each college or university
attended must be directly sent to UCF.

The minimum requirement for acceptance is a 3.0 GPA in your undergraduate course
work. If your degree was not received in the U.S., you must also send one copy of
each transcript to an accredited evaluation service for a course-by-course evaluation
showing the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor’s degree, and a GPA calculation. We require
either World Education Service (WES) www.wes.org or Josef Silny www.jsilny.com.
► CURRENT RESUME
Upload your current resume to your application before submitting. You must show at
least two years of equivalent full-time professional work experience, and detail your
duites and responsibilities.
► GOAL STATEMENT
You must write an essay of no more than 1,000 words addressing the following: Explain
why you want to earn an MBA; why you believe this is the right time for you to pursue an
MBA degree; and why you selected UCF. Upload your goal statement in to your
application before submitting.
► RECOMMENDATIONS
You must provide three email addresses of professional recommenders in your
application. The recommenders will be emailed a link to complete and submit online
recommendation letters for your file. You may also submit hardcopy letters of
recommendation directly to the The College of Graduate Studies.
