ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITIES
Responsible for a large self-supporting academic Division – UC San Diego Extension – which
offers more than 2,000 continuing education courses annually with enrollments of approximately
60,000 , as well as operations of UCSD-TV and UCTV and Global CONNECT. The combined
activities of the Division have an annual budget of approximately $45 million and a staff of 275
responsible for academic programming, registration and student services, marketing and
promotion, contracts and grants, and business and accounting functions.
