Dear New York Adventurers;

Our New York trip is just two months away! We’re thrilled you’ll be with us on this trip to one of America’s most exciting cities. More than half of you are traveling with us for the first time and we look forward to getting to know you during the week.

We’ll divide you into two groups; one will be lead by myself and the other by MTW Board member, Lucy Daggett.

All of us share a love of theater and we’re going to the best place in the world to enjoy it! Please go over the enclosed itinerary (which is subject to last minute changes). If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call the office at (562)

856-1999 x227. Please note the airport rules and general guidelines on the back page and also be aware that we do a lot of walking, so wear comfortable shoes. (If walking becomes a problem, you can always hop in a cab at almost every corner!)

Since this is a group reservation, checking in online with

JetBlue is not available. Simply show your ID at the check-in counter. Also, be aware that JetBlue does not serve food on their flights. You may want to purchase a snack before boarding! Most importantly, note we depart from LAX but return to Long Beach

Because our trips are also fundraisers for MTW, we want to also thank you for your contribution, and hope we will show you the time of your life!
