I've finally managed to cut through the confusion and have everything
ready to go for the release of the SEC letter J both to the media and to
the SEC itself J pending two things:
1. Are you able to confirm that the version of the SEC letter and memo
that I sent out on Friday are final/have your sign-off J which would then
allow Sarah to read them and sign off on them too?
2. I still need your edits to the press release for the updated press
kitJ which you wanted posted before the SEC stuff hits the fan.
Are you able to get the former to Sarah and the latter to me today or
early tomorrow J to allow a coordinated release either Tues or Weds
morning? Anything later would push us into the nether regions of this
working week J and make it preferable to hold up the release again to
next week.
