Document Requirements: We recommended that all guests travel with a valid, non-expired passport. U.S. citizens taking
“closed-loop” cruises (sailings that both originate and terminate in the same U.S. port) are required to have proof of citizenship,
but are not necessarily required to have a US passport, other acceptable proof of citizenship include: original or certified copy of
a birth certificate, an original certificate of naturalization, a passport card, an enhanced driver’s license (EDL) as well as a
government-issued photo ID. Children are also required to bring proof of citizenship, and if 16 and over, a photo ID is also
required. All other non US citizens must have a passport for air, land and sea travel. For more information, please visit
www.carnival.com/CMS/FAQs/New_Passport_Requirement.aspx. Without original documents guests will be denied boarding,
and no refunds issued. Photocopies or faxed copies will not be accepted.

Guest Booking & Ticketing: All guests must submit a signed Masala Wedding Cruise booking form, and if paying any portion by
credit card, cardholder must submit copies of the front and back of their credit card and driver’s license or other governmentissued ID. Once a correctly and completely filled form is accepted by Masala Cruises, we will submit names to Carnival, charge
the deposit or full payment as required at the time, and email the guest their Individual Booking ID. For those guests who have
booked early and been charged only a deposit of $250 per person, Masala Cruises will charge payment in full 90 days prior to the
sailing, or 09-18-11, also called “Final Payment Date.” Beginning 60 days prior to the sailing, guests must register their document
and other required personal information online in the “Fun Pass” section of carnival.com. At this time, Masala Cruises will send
Fun Pass Registration instructions. E-tickets will be issued 30 days prior to sailing, and Masala Cruises will send E-ticket and
Luggage Tag Print instructions. Early Saver rates are available up to 4 months before sailing, are guaranteed lowest rates, but
have cancellation restrictions.
Guests Sailing as 3rd/4th/5th Passenger in Stateroom: Masala Cruises does not recommend kids above 16 to share room with
others in a 3rd or 4th bed. 3rd and 4th beds are either bunk beds, convertible sofas, or roll-away beds which are shorter than
normal beds and not optimum for large kids or adults. As all standard rooms are the same size, regardless of their capacity to
hold 3rd/4th/5th guests, therefore, cabins with 3, 4, or 5 guests become exceptionally crowded. Most sailings sail at full capacity,
and no other rooming options are available for overcrowded guests.
Minors Policy: Minors are considered to be under the age of 21. Guests between 13 and 17 years of age must travel with their
parent, grandparent or court-appointed legal guardian in either: the same stateroom or can be separated by up to 3 staterooms
down or across the hall. If assigned in separate staterooms, cabin assignment with names and full per person deposits are
required. Guests under the age of 13 must travel in the same stateroom with one of the adults previously mentioned, including
guests under 14 years of age traveling in a balcony stateroom. Guests 18 through 20 years of age traveling with a parent, close
relative, or court-appointed legal guardian are not required to be within close proximity of the adult’s stateroom. Guests under
the age of 21 not traveling with one of the following (parent, grandparent or court-appointed legal guardian) MUST travel with a
guardian 25 years or older in the same stateroom. Please note the drinking age on all Carnival ships is 21. Once onboard the
ship, minors are required to deposit $100 on 3/4 day cruises for their sail and sign cards if not in possession of their own credit
card.
Cancellation and Refunds: Guest will receive 100% refund of all Stateroom Payments upon cancellation of their staterooms up
to the Final Payment Date of 09/18/11 (unless you have booked an Early Saver Fare where $150 per person is non-refundable,
and $100 is applicable to future cruise within 1 year). No refunds will be made on any cancellations after this date, unless Guest
purchases Carnival’s Travel Protection Plan. If purchasing Carnival’s Travel Protection Plan, Guests will receive a full refund by
filing a claim with BerkleyCare. After Final Payment, changing all the originally-booked names in a cabin is equivalent to a full
Stateroom cancellation, and no refunds will be issued for cancelled guests. However, if a minimum of one original guest booked
in a Stateroom remains, and up to all other original guests wish to cancel, then Name Changes are allowed for all but the one
originally-booked guest, for a fee of $100 per Name Change (unless you have booked an Early Saver Fare, where Name Changes
are not permitted).
Guest Name Changes: Name changes or additions are allowed at Carnival Cruise Lines’ discretion. Name changes are subject to
cancellation charges and any rate increase. There will be a $100 service fee for any correction involving names, and for any
changes to departure cities on Fly-Aweigh guests, and/or for any changes made on pre or post cruise packages after final
payment (name changes not permitted on Early Saver Fares).
Carnival Travel Protection: We encourage all guests to purchase Carnival Travel Protection, or private company travel
protection, and experience peace of mind and protection for cancellation of trip. Carnival Travel Protection provides for a 100%

refund due to covered reasons such as failed health, accident, airline delay, or death in the family, or provides a 75% cruise
credit of non-refundable charges due to any reason. Carnival Travel Protection plans also covers medical sickness or injuries
onboard. Please read the terms and conditions of the plan prior to purchase, and again prior to sailing. If guests have purchased
the plan and are unable to travel it is the guest’s responsibility to file a claim with BerkleyCare, who will require proof of reason
and proof of payment. Please note that Masala Cruises is not allowed to file the claim on the guest’s behalf, and accepts no
liability for the insurer’s acceptance or rejection of a claim.
Guest Medical or Physical Requirements: Guests who are 7 months (or more) pregnant are not allowed to sail on Carnival
Cruise Lines. Infants under 6 months (must present birth certificate) are also not allowed to sail on Carnival Cruise Lines. Guest
must advise Masala Cruises of any guest medical or physical requirements (wheelchair accessible room, dietary restrictions, etc.)
at least 30 days prior to sailing by contacting info@masalacruises.com. Carnival does not provide wheelchairs for use onboard
or in the ports; their limited wheelchair supply is for emergency transport of patients to their staterooms only.
Guest Stateroom Amenities: Standard staterooms have one bathroom with standing shower, one dresser, and one closet.
Suites have larger accommodations, tub with shower, separate sitting area and spacious balcony. Staterooms do not have irons
or hair dryers. Limited hair dryers may be requested from your cabin steward. Common use laundry and iron facilities are
located on each floor on Carnival Cruise Lines only.
Guest Internet and Telephone Facilities: Internet is available for additional charges. Some ships also have Wi-Fi areas. Cell
phones generally have service onboard; however, international roaming charges are extremely high. To prevent high charges on
your cell phone account, we strongly advise guests to switch to airplane mode as soon as ship sails, and to check with their cell
phone companies regarding rates onboard, as well as roaming rates in the ports of call.
Dining Assignment: Carnival provides dining in three unique locations: 1) 24 hours limited menu Room Service in your
stateroom, 2) Buffet-Style Dining for extended Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner hours in a Café, and Sit-Down Service for limited
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner hours in the Formal Dining Room. Breakfast (normally 8AM-10AM) and Lunch (normally 12:00PM –
1:30 PM) are open seating. Dinner is assigned seating for your group, at a fixed time of 8:15 PM – 9:45 PM, and you must enter
by latest 8:30PM and be seated to your assigned spot (assigned by the Wedding Party). If you have any assignment preferences
please email Kunal or Amisha directly. Due to limited number of large table availability, families or parties greater than 8 guests
may need to be accommodated at different tables. Your group is currently assigned Late (8:15 PM) Dining. This is the more
popular dining time, and limited space for the group is reserved at this time. Last minute guests may not receive
accommodation in this dining time.
Indian Menu: Masala Chai is only available at Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner in the Formal Dining Room. This Wedding Group has
already requested Standard Indian Menus to be available in the Formal Dining Room for lunch (on Sea Days only) and dinner,
beginning with the first night’s dinner (not available at welcome aboard lunch). Guests should be aware that the Indian Menus
that they have received on one particular sailing may not be the same on this sailing. A particular Indian chef may have provided
specialty items for a smaller group, that will not be available to this large group due to galley (kitchen) limitations. Indian Menus
are prepared by authentic Indian chefs hired by the Carnival. Masala Cruises, private chefs, or guests are not permitted to enter
galleys, and therefore the Wedding Party only may offer suggestions for the Indian Menu preparation & spice level. It is
completely the Carnival’s discretion on Indian food preparation, and all guests should be prepared to accept the limitations of
flavor, spice level, and spice/ingredient variety, etc. Guests must understand that the Indian Menus are not served every sailing,
and there is every possibility that the non-Indian wait staff will be unfamiliar with the dish names or ingredients. Guests are
advised to exercise patience when ordering, expect a slight delay in service, and also ask waiter to specifically check the veg /
non-veg ingredients of all dishes they are served, and specifically familiarize their waiter with their veg/non-veg preference.
