Activating your NetID:
1. Go to http://gateway.tamu.edu/ and click on the Activate NetID link on the right side of the page.

Fill in the information requested (read instructions), then click submit. Note your NetID will be what
you select and will be used in the future for computer log in as-well-as your email account. It will be
your new email and login account for the new network. Enter your new email address in the bottom
two lines.

Once you get to the confirmation page, you are done for now and can click Exit. Please provide TAMUCT Information Technology Services with your new NetID, First and Last name. Until auto-provisioning is
fully functional, we will have to add you to the email server.
