and either fax it Enrollment Services at 510-885-3816 or hand deliver to the Student Information
Lobby located on the first floor of Warren Hall, Hayward Campus.

With your activation code, log on to http://www.csueastbay.edu/netid/, select “Students” if you are a
current student/alumni here at CSUEB. Select “Activate your NetID”, and insert the activation code
that was issued to you. Follow the online instructions from there.
