As a general rule, Olin encourages students to take all of their business courses at Washington University. Under certain circumstances, permission may be granted for a student to take a course at another institution. In order for consideration to be given, a syllabus from an AACSB accredited institution must be submitted for review to your business advisor. This review process takes about two weeks to complete. If approved, you must earn at least a grade of “C” in order to receive the credit for this course. All transfer credit should be approved before leaving for summer break. Failure to secure proper approval may result in enrolling in a course that will not be acceptable for transfer credit. ENROLLMENT POLICIES FOR OLIN BSBAs All BSBA students must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 units each semester. The maximum number of credits is 21 units. Olin undergraduates will be assessed a full-time tuition charge for their course of study for eight semesters of enrollment regardless if the student is enrolled in fewer than 12 units. BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION DEGREE REQUIREMENTS (BSBA) All BSBA students must complete a minimum of 120 units of work including a minimum of 48 credits of General Education coursework and a minimum of 55.5 credits of Professional coursework.
