As part of this there is a need to consider how such concepts impact on individuals and teams within the workplace. The syllabus content will typically include: - organisational structure - various types and organisational charts; - culture - development and key theories; - motivation - various content and process theories, whether money motivates, the psychological contract, motivation theory in practice and mission statements; - power and control - sources and types power, control through power.
