- If you are a Science student, you are missing no more than 2 science courses to graduate
- Check the list of Potential Summer School Graduates to ensure that your name is on the list.
If your name is on the list, you will be assigned a Registration appointment during the week of
May 15.

VANIER POTENTIAL SUMMER SCHOOL GRADUATES IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS MUST
CONSULT WITH AN ACADEMIC ADVISOR (Room A-201)

- You wish to take a University prerequisite
- You are on the Winter 2015 potential graduate list but are failing a course
- You need to take French 602-HSB/HSE/HSK or 602-HSC/HSD/HSF/HSG/HSM.
- You are in Commerce or Social Science with Math and do not wish to take Calculus 2 in Summer School
- You are a graduating Social Science student and need to take an Enrichment course this summer
- You wish to take a course at another CEGEP
VANIER NON-GRADUATING STUDENTS
You will be receiving a Survey in My Omnivox Portal to which you must respond in order to be assigned a registration appointment for Summer School. You will be given a registration appointment for
Tuesday, June 2.

 Having an appointment time does not guarantee a seat. Please check the Summer School 2015 course schedule before registration to verify seat availability.
 The College reserves the right to make changes to the Summer School course schedule without prior notice, including the revision or cancellation of particular courses.
 All course and auxiliary fees must be paid within 24 hours of registration or the course(s) will be deleted.

GRADUATING STUDENTS FROM OTHER CÉGEPS a) Bring your Commandite form (either the virtual one or the handwritten) in-person to Continuing
Education in room E-115 on Wednesday, May 20 or Thursday, May 21 between 9:00 and 12:00.
We will collect your form and we will process your registration request after our graduating students have registered. b) We will send you an email on Monday, June 1 to let you know if you have been registered in your course(s). Your registration fees will have to be paid by June 2.
NON-GRADUATING STUDENTS FROM OTHER CÉGEPS a) Bring your Commandite form (either the virtual one or the handwritten) in person to Continuing
Education in room E-115 on Wednesday, June 3 between 9:00 and 12:00. If there is a space in the course you want, we will register you. You must pay your registration fees at this time.
GENERAL PUBLIC
New students must complete the on-line application for admission between Monday, May 4 and
Wednesday, May 6. Apply at http://www.vaniercollege.qc.ca/conted/credit-courses/apply.php
You must provide a Birth Certificate (in English or French), High School transcript, proof of Permanent
Residence or Citizenship and a valid Medicare card (if born outside of Québec). You must submit all of your documents within two days of applying. Follow the instructions on your application confirmation.
You will be contacted by email in late May and assigned a registration appointment. You will register online on Thursday, June 4. Your registration fees will have to be paid by June 5.
If you only want to take a Prep School course, you do not use this application service. Please follow instructions for Prep School http://www.vaniercollege.qc.ca/conted/prep-school/
Commandite students do not follow these instructions. Please read the Commandite procedures above.

Confirmation of Attendance: Tuesday, June 17 to Friday, June 19
No classes: Wednesday, June 24
No classes: Wednesday, July 1
