Once a product is launched commercially, the need for engineering support does not go
away. The PetroMar Industrial team offers expert product sustaining services such as feature

MANUFACTURING AUTOMATION
PetroMar Industrial has a broad and deep understanding of Manufacturing Automation Systems solutions to help our

MANUFACTURING AND DOCUMENTATION
PetroMar Industrial is ready and able to provide manufacturing and documentation services for any of the products,
automation systems, and test fixtures we develop for our customers. PI can also take on manufacturing or documentation
of our customers’ other products, with a particular expertise in highly complex electromechanical assemblies with
advanced system integration requirements.
Case Study: Manufacturing and Documentation

An industry leading provider of
downhole technology had engaged
PI’s parent, PetroMar Technologies to
develop a new well logging tool. The
customer now needed to build the
production units.
The PI team launched a thorough
manufacturing planning and costing
effort that allowed us to quote
aggressively on cost and schedule for
the customer.

The pilot production was awarded to
PetroMar Industrial and is under way
and on schedule.

Challenge:
Solution:
A leading provider of high-reliability
power converters asked PI’s parent,
PetroMar Technologies to develop a very
high temperature (210ºC) converter for
downhole and other high temp markets.
After initial prototype results met the
requirements, a manufacturing run of
qualification units was needed.
PI procured and kitted parts, wrote
and refined assembly procedures,
and assembled and tested the
HTCC units.
Goals:
Provide top-level electromechanical
assembly of the 210ºC electronics
modules

Qualification units were built on
