Involve students in Task Design Task title: Film, music and the role of the media You write an article for a German youth blog canvassing opinions amongst English teenagers about your film, music preferences and habits and your view on the media in general. Your teacher will play the part of the interviewer and will ask you the following: You could include: Describe your favourite actor/actress and give reasons why you like him/her Which film did you see last – would you recommend it? What do you think of Soaps? How has your taste in music changed? How does the media/press influence your opinions? What are the pros and cons of social media (Facebook/Twitter) in your opinion Could you imagine working in the media? Remember, in order to score the highest marks you must answer the task fully, developing your response where it is appropriate to do so.
