Accommodation details
Type of accommodation
Furnished single and twin rooms with
continental breakfast. The availability of
single rooms is limited.
Meals
Continental breakfast served 7 days a
week. There are many dining options
nearby - approximately 15 restaurants
within a 10 minute walk of the residence.
Kitchen/cooking facilities
Students have access to a shared
kitchen equipped with basic cookware
and utensils. A soda machine is also
available. No individual storage space is
provided in the kitchen.
Rooms
Each room includes a bed, desk, dresser,
phone, TV, mini fridge, and microwave.
Student lounge
The residence has a comfortable student
common room - ideal for socialising and
practising English!
Bathrooms
Each room has a private bathroom with
shower, sink, and toilet.

Utilities
Deposit
Electricity, gas and water are included in
the accommodation fee. The Electrical
Current is 110/120 volts. Students from
some countries will require a transformer
or adaptor.
No deposit is required.
Internet and phone
There is a phone in each room; wireless
internet is available for an additional
fee. High speed internet access and
payphones are available at the Kaplan
Aspect school.
Visitors
Visitors are allowed during the day. To
arrange for an overnight stay, please
contact the front desk.
Noise and restrictions
Students are requested to be considerate
of their neighbours and keep noise levels
to a minimum especially after 10 pm.
Availability
Laundry
Coin-operated facilities are available onsite. Fee is $1.50-$2.00 per load.
The Marina Inn Residence is available all
year round. Minimum age is 18.
Security and keys
One key is issued per student. This is
for the exterior security door and room;
additional fees are required for lost keys.
On-site security/front desk is available.
Bed linen and towels
Each student is provided with 1 blanket,
2 sheets, 1 small towel, 1 pillow and 1
pillowcase. Students are responsible
for cleaning and returning linen upon
departure. The room is cleaned once a
week and prior to student arrival.
