As a sales representatives at Bell, I was trained to work in collaboration with my team,
stay updated on product knowledge as it is subject to change on a daily basis, and practice executing flawless customer service to ensure my sales targets are always achieved
and surpassed. I was also responsible for the everyday upkeep of the store front as well
as the daily paperwork and banking responsibilities. At my store, I was the health and
safety representative, which meant that I had to make sure that my store and fellow
co-workers were always following company health and safety standards. A review on the
stores behaviour was done every month in collaboration with management..
