Modular Design
1. Gear reducer sub-assembly:

3. Nose piece Index Mechanism:
- Easy access simple to operate index lever.
- Allows orientation of the tool around drill axis in 30º increments.
4. No adapter needed for standard 1-20 internal thread nosepiece.
5. For peak performance air line pressures should be 90-100 P.S.I. with hose of 3/8" diameter and tool fitting of 9/32".

Upon reaching the end of the retract stroke (counter-clockwise rotation), the threads
will disengage and the driver can rotate freely within the fastener body. This prevents
the possibility of lock-up, ensuring that the fastener will start easily on the next
installation.
Soft-Clamp
Ensures that clamp pressure is applied gradually to eliminate impact loading. This
feature is especially important when clamping materials that are sensitive to impact
stress, such as carbon fiber composites.
