The Truth About Freemasonry, Masons, & the Masonic Lodge
Here are only a few Internet links to sites or documents that critique Freemasonry. The reader should beware, however, that some of these are published by Protestant writers, some of whom have anti-Roman Catholic biases. The Roman Catholic Church has been continually and directly active since Jesus first sent out the 12, and it has become the largest Christian Church, with just over one billion members and a million priests. This broad exposure over time (2000 years) and space (all over the world) and distribution (so many priests and over 4000 bishops) with probably over 20 million priests over time is one reason why there is opportunity to find fault somewhere, in every century. This is why bishops and saints have been raised up by God in every generation to lead the ongoing reform of those currently living on earth and members of the Church. We are all sinners and ever in need of repentance; as Jesus taught and preached.
That the Church is constituted by human beings, who are sinners and ever seek salvation in Jesus Christ, the one Saviour of the world, does not deprive it of the obligation to speak out in defence of God’s revealed truths and against all those who oppose that truth. Freemasonry has been or record as an institution whose aim has consistently been to undermine the Catholic
