You will examine the mental, physical, and social aspects of health including self‐ esteem, stress reduction, conflict management, wellness, first aid, and disease. The health decisions you make now will affect the quality of your life in the future. Completing a wellness inventory will help you identify your strengths and weaknesses in the areas of mental, physical and social health.
